Scones and Tea

tanagandhi-sconesandtea4

During one massive pinning session, I kept seeing scones pop up and realized, I don't think I've ever had a one! So while picking up groceries the next day, I found a pre-made box of mixed berry scones. All I had to do was put water into the mix, bake them for about 20 minutes, et voilĂ !

I liked that these weren't very sweet and rather soft like a biscuit on the inside. Are they generally not sweet? Asking for a friend... ;)

Maybe one day I'll take on the challenge of making them from scratch. Until then, I'm okay making these from the box. :)

  3. You should definitely try the classic combo of scones and strawberry jam! It's to die for. Not to forget, tea as well. But you already have that as a daily priority, so you're all set. ;)

  5. Adore scones. It was awhile before I tried them myself, I sort of thought, "What's the difference? Isn't it a glorified biscuit?" But they're a totally different consistency and perfect with tea or coffee. Beautiful images!

    1. hahah at one point i did ask myself what's the difference between this and a biscuit?? But exactly, the consistency is what sets it apart. Thanks, Kate! :)

I don't think that I would ever take on the challenge of making these from scratch so a box is perfect for me! haha! And paired with tea - what could be better? Plus, you always make anything look amazing with your photography! Hope you're having a wonderful week, Tana!! xoxo
