Tea

Tana Gandhi

Caffeine is a definite must for me in the mornings. It's mostly chai but sometimes I opt for tea and sometimes coffee-it's just fun to change it up. Yesterday, I chose green tea as an excuse to use this heart shaped tea infuser gifted by a friend. Isn't it adorable? So, how do you have your caffeine? Are you more of a tea drinker, coffee person, or neither?

I'm looking forward to staying in this weekend and catching up on a lot of projects--but mostly blogging and photos. What about you? Any awesome plans for the weekend? Hope you have a lovely one!

  1. What a lovely and romantic photo! I'm definitely more of a tea drinker :) I love black tea the most. Sounds like a nice, relaxing weekend--E and I are driving back down to Tampa this weekend, so ours will be a bit busier, but I'm excited to get home :) Happy Friday!

  2. Yes! A chai latte, for me, is the best way to start a day. Sometimes if I'm feeling up for something lighter, I'll opt for earl grey or honey camomile tea. I could never be one to appreciate coffee, but who knows what'll happen when I'm an adult!
Excited to see what else you have in store. My weekend consists of the about the same routine, coupled by a trip to the beach. :)

    LUCID STARS

    1. Thanks, Rachel! I really enjoy chamomile tea at night too! Mostly because I usually can't have caffeine past 5pm or else I'll be up all night. Hmmm I actually didn't start drinking coffee until I started working so no rush, coffee will find you in due time ;)! Hope you had a wonderful trip to the beach and happy new year! <3

  5. I never thought I'd be a coffee fiend, but now I'm that person who goes nuts for a good latte. BUT I've had a few caffeine deprivation headaches and it freaks me out that my body can have that kind of withdrawal! Now I'm trying to do coffee half the week and tea the rest of the week. I just need a good masala chai recipe!

    1. You know what, I never thought I'd fall in love with coffee either! All throughout college I mainly had tea but once I started working, oh man it was so hard to resist. Caffeine deprivation freaks me out too!! I kinda need it every morning and afternoon now. My mom has a delicious recipe for masala tea--Maybe I'll write a post with it soon?
