A Breath of Fresh Air

Untitled

Thanksgiving is always such a special time spent with family and friends. The fall and all it's loveliness make it so sweet to huddle around with each other, hot chocolate in one hand, cookies in the next. This year is no different, but maybe extra sweet. Every occassion is our "first" as a married couple and so tomorrow will be no exception. :)

This is also the perfect Wednesday to keep it light and short. Things I'm looking forward to this long* weekend:
  • Spending quality time with family---we're making Mexican food on Thanksgiving!
  • Celebrating a dear friend's birthday. She's the one who gifted us these super witty and sweet pillow cases and this lovely tea cup. Isn't she the sweetest?
  • I'm soooo excited to share some things I've been working on the past couple of months but they're all in the works and it will happen in due time. <3<3<3
*Long because it will be nice and relaxing, even though I don't have Friday off!*

How are you spending your long weekend? Taking it easy? Traveling anywhere?

  2. I wish I had some nice plans for the weekend, but I don't. It's a friend's birthday tomorrow (or today!!??) so maybe we'll just get together to talk and have drinks.
Your Mexican food, friend's birthday, and time with family sounds just wonderful. Hope you have a truly awesome long weekend! :)
